When entering your order number, please include a hashtag "#" before it.
Please note: Our Returns Portal will not accept return or exchange requests made more than 14 days after your delivery date.

FAQ's
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that we do not accept in-store returns or exchanges. This is due to the VAT difference between the website and in-store purchases (no VAT is charged in-store).

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges from ERIBÉ garments purchased at a retailer. If you have any concerns, please contact the store directly.
When will I be refunded?
Once we have received the goods and checked they are in a re-saleable condition, we will then issue a refund. We reserve the right to make deductions to your refund if any item is found unsaleable.
Refund will be issued within 14 days of ERIBÉ receiving the goods. Please note that refunds can take between 3-5 days to appear back in your bank account.
I’ve entered my order number but it’s not accepting it.
Please double-check that you’ve entered your order number exactly as it appears on your confirmation email (including the #). If you still receive an error, your order may have been placed through one of our stockists or another platform, which means it won’t be recognised in our system.

I’m a international customer – it doesn’t allow me to return my order.
At the moment, our online returns portal only supports UK and US returns. If you’re based outside these locations, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] for help arranging your return or exchange manually.
How long do returns take to process?
Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete. During busy periods, this may take a little longer, thank you for your patience.
My return has been delivered — why haven’t I heard anything yet?
Returns are processed in the order they arrive and can take a few days to work through. Once your return has been checked and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If it’s been more than 7 working days since delivery, please contact us so we can investigate.
I've requested a QR code but I haven't received an email.
Please can we ask that you check your junk/spam inbox as it may have been filtered there.
